These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InkReserve. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InkReserve. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Artists and studios are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, availability, pricing, and the services they provide.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are agreements between clients and the artist or studio, not with InkReserve.
  • Payments and deposits are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Cancellation, deposit, and refund policies are set by each artist or studio and shown at the time of booking.
  • InkReserve may charge platform or processing fees, which will be disclosed before completing a transaction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Post false, misleading, infringing, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of the portfolio content they upload but grant InkReserve a license to display it on the platform. You may not use InkReserve's branding or content without permission.

6. Disclaimers

InkReserve is a booking and management platform. We do not perform tattoo services and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any tattoo or interaction between clients and artists. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkReserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from services booked through it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
